This checklist is designed to help you assess the efficiency and effectiveness of your business processes. It can be used as part of a business process improvement project, or as a standalone tool to help you identify areas in which your processes could be improved. The checklist covers a range of topics, including process documentation, process mapping, process metrics, process improvement methodologies, and process improvement tools. For each topic, there are a number of questions that you can use to assess your current process. This checklist is not exhaustive, but it should give you a good starting point for identifying areas in which your processes could be improved.
